This site is operated by SIDEREALITY LLC, trading as stacy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SIDEREALITY LLC.
By visiting shopstacy.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours vary from one screen to another, and the exact shade you receive may differ slightly from the photographs. Measurements in the size guide are indicative and allow for the stretch of the fabric.
We may change or discontinue a product or a colour at any time without notice.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
We may change prices and run promotions at any time. A promotion that ends does not entitle you to a retroactive adjustment on an order already placed.
Payment is taken at checkout. If your payment is declined, the order is not placed.
Orders we may refuse
We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund you in full, in cases of suspected fraud, of an obvious pricing error, of unusual reseller quantities, or when we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times, tracking and lost parcels are covered by our shipping policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you allow us to publish, edit for length and use it in our communications, without payment and without time limit. You confirm that the content is yours to give and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove any content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
Our content
The texts, photographs, videos and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written agreement.
What we do not promise
Our products are garments. They shape and support, they do not treat, cure or replace medical advice. Results differ from one body to another. If you have a medical condition, ask a health professional before wearing compression garments for long periods.
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you place your order.
